Free $40 In Nestle Coffee-Mate Class Action Settlement

Nestle USA, Inc. has agreed to pay $10,000,000 restitution to resolve claims it violated advertising laws. You are eligible for compensation if you purchased certain Coffee mate Powder Creamer Product(s) between January 1, 2017, and December 8, 2022.

A list of affected products is located on the settlement website, it contains the Coffee mate® brand powder coffee creamer Products that are included in the Settlement.

Class members who can provide proof of purchase can claim up to a maximum payment of $40. Consumers without proof of purchase can claim up to a maximum payment of $5.

The deadline to submit a claim form is March 14, 2023. Please read the FAQ section of the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure you meet all standards before submitting your claim.
